Terms & Conditions — 897bd Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by 897bd, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machine games, fishing games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus product offered through the platform. They apply to all users accessing the platform via web browser, regardless of location or device type.

897bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, 897bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform's internal notification system or the registered email address on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

All references to currency in these Terms use Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless explicitly stated otherwise. 897bd operates exclusively in BDT for all player-facing transactions on this platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 897bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are registering and playing on a personal basis, in your own name, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
3. You are not depositing funds that originate from illegal activity, criminal proceeds, or money laundering.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the 897bd platform or any affiliated platform for violations of these Terms.
5. You are accessing the platform voluntarily and understand the risks associated with online gambling, including the risk of financial loss.
6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 897bd or any of its affiliated entities.

897bd reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 897bd will result in account suspension and, where applicable, withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on the 897bd platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where 897bd identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts belonging to that player may be suspended, any bonuses claimed across those accounts forfeited, and any winnings generated while using duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. 897bd uses this information to verify your identity, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 897bd strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other website or application. You must notify 897bd support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 897bd will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.

Account registration is completed through the 897bd Login page. All registration fields must be completed accurately. 897bd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

897bd currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 897bd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

The following transaction thresholds apply to all 897bd accounts:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500
• Deposit processing time: Near-instant following mobile payment confirmation
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 1–4 hours under normal conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 897bd does not accept third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a mobile financial account belonging to another person. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the transaction may be reversed and the deposited funds returned to the originating account, and the receiving 897bd account may be subject to review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 897bd may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large-value withdrawals, or where account activity appears unusual. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where an alternative has been approved by 897bd support.

897bd does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 897bd's control. Players are advised to check their provider's current fee schedule independently.

5. Bonus & Promotions

897bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions offered by 897bd unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture.
2. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Minimum odds thresholds apply to bets that contribute toward wagering requirements on sports betting bonuses. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds do not count toward wagering completion.
4. Bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Unused bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited at expiry.
5. 897bd reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player's existing bonus balance and associated wagering progress will be honoured until the bonus expires.
6. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Players may use real-money funds independently of their bonus balance without forfeiting the bonus, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

897bd takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software or scripts to place bonus qualifying bets, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, and placing hedged or opposing bets across accounts to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, 897bd reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse any associated winnings, and permanently close the offending account or accounts.

6. User Obligations

By accessing and using the 897bd platform, you agree to observe the following obligations at all times. Failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, or permanent exclusion from the platform.

• You must use the 897bd platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You must not attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players through any technical exploit, software manipulation, or collusion.
• You must not use any automated system, bot, script, crawler, or artificial means to interact with the platform's games, betting markets, or payment systems.
• You must not engage in any behaviour on the platform that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful to other users or to 897bd staff.
• You must notify 897bd immediately if you become aware of any technical error, game malfunction, or pricing anomaly that results in an obviously incorrect outcome. Exploiting such errors rather than reporting them constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your mobile number or primary payment method changes, you must update your account details without delay.
• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited regardless of the relationship between the account holder and the person sharing access.
• You must not deposit, wager, or withdraw funds in a manner intended to circumvent transaction monitoring, AML controls, or the platform's fraud detection systems.

897bd monitors account activity on an ongoing basis for compliance with these obligations. Players whose behaviour falls outside acceptable parameters will receive a warning where appropriate, followed by progressive enforcement action up to and including permanent account closure and legal referral where warranted.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

897bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 897bd has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

1. The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
3. The account holder has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud against the platform.
4. The account holder is under 18 years of age.
5. The account has been flagged in connection with money laundering, suspicious transaction patterns, or other financial crime indicators.
6. A valid self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction is in place for the account holder.
7. 897bd is required to take action by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits made prior to suspension will be held securely and not used by 897bd. Where an account is permanently closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations, 897bd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance associated with bonus funds or winnings generated through fraudulent activity. Genuinely deposited real-money funds that are not connected to any fraudulent activity will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their 897bd account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a voluntary closure is requested, any active bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance will be returned after identity verification is completed. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding self-exclusion periods that may have been previously requested.

8. Limitation of Liability

897bd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to all services, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 897bd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

897bd shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any nature.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside 897bd's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions.
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security precautions were not observed.
• The actions, omissions, or technical failures of third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 897bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
